Anna Parker, Class of 2018

We look forward to welcoming Anna back this July to take part in our telephone campaign to raise vital funds for our bursary students. She told us what she's up to now and why she's looking forward to coming back to CHS.

'After finishing my school career last year, following seven incredible years at CHS, I am very excited to get this campaign underway! As I near the end of my first year of University, often I find myself looking back to the incredible memories which were made. One of my favourite regular memories was when Mr Thorn, would pop his head around the door of our Sixth Form Politics lessons with Mr Jones to ask a question in order to spark debate and leave quietly while we passionately discussed the issue. This often ended in laughter. My Politics teachers and classmates are the main reason why I am studying Politics and International Studies at University and, subsequently, so passionate about this campaign as I hope many more children in the future have the opportunity to experience the fantastic school career I had at CHS.

Following my degree, I hope to do a law conversion to pursue my dream of working within the legal and political strategy sphere, involved in global dispute resolution and peacekeeping.'
