Fleur Yearsley, Class of 2009

Fleur graduated from Manchester School of Art in 2013 with a BA (Hons) in Fine Art, and more recently graduated from Slade School of Fine Art, UCL as an awardee of the Gwen John Scholarship with an MFA Painting, in 2017.


Her work has been featured in many shows including at the Royal Academy of Arts, The Crypt Gallery and Tripp Gallery all in London. In addition Fleur’s work has been showcased in Berlin as well as being held in private collections in Canada, Germany, the UK and USA.

She has also won several awards and through the Almacantar Studio Awards she took up a studio at RAW, where she is now based permanently. She also won the Jealous Prize in 2018 which included a residency at their printing studio to create limited edition screen-prints of her work.


Fleur’s paintings are inspired by personal memories, intertwining humanity around subject matter through paint.
